Delivery
We offer a range of delivery options at checkout, so you can choose the service that best suits your needs.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details where available.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, customs checks, severe weather or busy periods. If this happens, we'll always do our best to help and keep you informed.
Order Processing
Orders are usually dispatched within the timeframe shown on the relevant product page.
If your order contains a pre-order or pre-sale item, dispatch will take place in line with the estimated timescale shown on that product listing.
Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we'll happily resend it, although an additional postage charge may apply.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived when expected, please get in touch and we'll investigate it with the courier.
If the courier confirms that your parcel has been lost, we'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and, if you can, include a few photographs of both the packaging and the item. This helps us resolve the issue quickly with the courier.
International Orders
If you're ordering from outside the UK, your country may charge customs duties, import taxes or handling fees. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be.
We are unable to mark items as "gifts" or undervalue customs declarations — all parcels are shipped with accurate commercial invoices in compliance with UK export regulations.
Your Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
